“Meorav Yerushalmi”: Directly translates to “Mixed Jerusalem” this delicious mix of different meats in a special local blend of spices is an absolute carnivores’ heaven.

“Ashtanur”: Short in Hebrew for “fire in the oven” Ashtanur is an authentic local pitta bread which you can find in midtown or the markets during lunchtime. If you’re especially hungry, try it wrapped around a portion of shawarma or falafel.
